Bradley E. Smith is a founding partner of Smith & Weidinger PLLC. He focuses on criminal defense and personal injury.
Before co-founding the firm, Bradley served as a Deputy District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado, and as a Denver Assistant City Attorney.
He earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. Bradley served honorably as a United States Navy officer, with more than six years of overseas service in Japan, East Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Colorado.
