Matthew A. Weidinger
Matthew A. Weidinger is a founding partner of Smith & Weidinger PLLC and an experienced personal injury lawyer. He focuses on serious-injury motor vehicle accidents, semi-truck accidents, slip-and-fall incidents involving dangerous property conditions, and insurance bad faith.
Before co-founding the firm, Matthew worked for large and small personal injury firms in Denver and Colorado Springs, and he served as a Deputy District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado.
He earned his law degree from Penn State University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Colorado.
