Monica Sinness
Monica Sinness is the firm’s Senior Case Manager, aiding in the Personal Injury cases at Smith & Weidinger. In addition to having a great eye for detail, she always keeps the client’s best interests at the forefront of her mind throughout the entire lifetime of the case by utilizing a potent combination of reason and compassion.
Prior to joining Smith & Weidinger, Monica worked at a well-known personal injury firm for almost eight years, gaining ample knowledge and experience of the field. She was able to help countless clients and train numerous employees in industry standards and firm policy. Monica has always been passionate about helping people and making a difference in the world; she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
In her free time, Monica loves to spend time with friends, read, and train for her next fitness goal. She loves diving into an all-consuming novel or series and can often be found soaking up the sun on the roads or trails of the foothills training for her next half marathon.
